An N-Scale model kit of a Brownstone style Townhouse. 3D resin printed. Kit requires some minor assembly (railings and roof) and painting.

This kit Includes 4 townhouses, two middle and two end units, and 4 roof pieces plus extra railings. Windows and trim are built into the model. More middle house can be purchased separately to increase the size of the block.

The roofs are removable to allow lighting or other decoration to be placed inside (sold separately).
