This is an unpainted 3D printed resin model kit for an N-Scale (HO-Scale shown in parts photo), single track, lift bridge.

The kit includes 2 towers with counterweights; two sets of pulleys and motors (replica, not real motors), and a 3 section bridge that can be adjusted for size. The bridge also comes with extra rivet plates in case you wish to cut the bridge to size. The bridge can be placed in either an up or down position. Cables (wire or elastic thread) are sold separately.
