An HO-Scale replica of a Brownstone Townhouse. This kit Includes 4 townhouses, two middle and two end units. The main structure is molded as a single piece plus roof. All stairs, railings, windows, and trim are included but must be assembled.

More middle units can be purchased separately to increase the size of the building. The roofs are removable to allow lighting and other interior detail (sold separately).

An additional detail set is available with awnings, mailboxes, porch lights, roof details, and more.

Also available with window and trim pre-molded (Brownstone Townhouse, HO-Scale Speedbuild).

Also available as a flush mount, with no basement door or stairs.
